Concept single family property from a series of studies in search of luxury low income housing. Project started its life from the union of two 40 feet shipping containers to create a small but carefully crafted open space living with all the amenities. The wide windows invite the outside in making the space inside feel much larger than it actually is. Material budget estimated to be around the $60k mark.
