COHEN - RESIDENCE

The entire project is contingent on the ability to add floor space on the second floor, tailored to fit both the immediate and long-term goals of the clients given they were expecting newborns.

Everything from bedrooms, to baths, to stairs had to be relocated. In order to accommodate for these new necessities an addition had to be made. These included a new game room in the basement, a dining room that overlooks the backyard, and deck.
